Rivian is seeking an emerging to mid-level Technician to grow technical skills while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will support EV repairs, inspections, and field service under mentorship, with work at service centers and possibly mobile or remote locations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, learning mindset, and adaptability in dynamic environments, with opportunities for travel and plant support as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or recognized equivalency credential preferred.
• 0–3 years hands-on experience in automotive shop or technical environment; open to recent grads.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks or start-up environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections across service centers, mobile routes, or remote locations.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools and accessories under mentorship of senior technicians.
• Follow repair procedures and safety guidelines with adequate resources.
