Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–3 years hands-on automotive/shop experience; open to recent grads.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks or startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections across service centers, mobile routes, or remote locations.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories under senior technician mentorship.
• Follow repair procedures and safety standards while providing clear technical notes and documentation.
