Rivian is seeking an emerging to mid-level Technician to grow technically while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work under mentors to support EV repairs, inspections, and field service, with activity at a local service center and potential for remote work or mobile assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–3 years hands-on automotive/shop experience welcome.
• Basic EV/hybrid exposure is a plus.
• Proficiency with laptops/computers and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install and inspect vehicles at service centers, on mobile routes, or at remote locations.
• Learn EV framework, tools, and accessories under senior technicians.
• Follow safe repair procedures and document all work performed.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and safety.
• Assist with parts operations, inventory, and expense reporting.
• Interact professionally with customers and partners.
• Participate in training and service campaigns to improve processes.
