Rivian Automotive is hiring for a junior to mid-level Technician to support EV repairs, inspections, and field service operations. Based primarily at a local service center, you may also work remotely, travel for mobile service, or assist plant operations as needed.

You will grow under mentorship of senior technicians, gaining hands-on experience with diagnostics, repairs, and documentation while delivering top-notch customer experiences in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited automotive repair school/program is highly preferred.
• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in an automotive shop or technical environment; open to recent graduates launching their career.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks or startup environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Vehicle service & repair at service center, mobile route, or remote location.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools and accessories under mentorship.
• Follow repair procedures with safety and quality in mind.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and safety.
• Assist with parts operations including ordering, receiving, shipping, inventory, and work orders.
