Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
0–3 years hands‑on experience in automotive shop or technical environment; open to new grads.
Basic exposure to electric vehicle (EV) / hybrid frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect vehicles at service center, mobile route, or remote locations.
Learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories under mentorship.
Follow repair procedures and safety standards.
Conduct road tests post-repair to verify quality and safety.
Assist with parts operations, inventory tracking, and work order reporting.
Maintain detailed technical notes and documentation for repairs.
Interact professionally with customers, families, and suppliers.
Identify process improvements and participate in service campaigns.
Engage in required training and stay current on technical skills.
