Job summary

Rivian is seeking an emerging to mid-level Technician to grow technically while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Based primarily at a local service center, the role may involve remote work, traveling for mobile service, or supporting plant operations as needed.

You will work under senior technicians and leadership, gain exposure to EV repairs and inspections, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining high-quality work with limited supervision as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or recognized equivalency preferred.
• 0–3 years hands-on experience in automotive shop or technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers, mobile routes, or remote locations.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories under mentorship.
• Conduct road tests after repairs to verify quality and safety.
• Assist with parts operations: ordering, receiving, shipping, inventory tracking, and work orders/expenses.
