Rivian Automotive is seeking a Product Advisor IV to drive personalized customer journeys across in-person and digital channels. You will educate and inspire customers, conduct demos, and build lasting relationships to grow the Rivian community.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a high-velocity customer engagement cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with continuous iteration and changes.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsabilités

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets and other KPIs including demo drive volume and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure an authentic, engaging, educational customer experience at the location.
• Proactively engage, qualify, and support leads across stages of the customer journey.
• Provide product demonstrations and guide customers to appropriate products and services.
• Build and maintain a healthy customer pipeline with high-touch, responsive service.
