Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Product Advisor IV to join our Field Sales team in Georgia. You will own the customer journey, educate customers through multiple channels, and drive brand loyalty through high-touch, personalized service.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, resilience in a fast-paced startup environment, and the ability to adapt to evolving product lines and market trends. You will support events, demonstrations, and community engagement to grow Rivian’s customer base.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields.
• Proven track record in high-velocity customer engagement and closing in a commission-based environment.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at all locations.
• Qualify and support leads across stages of the customer journey.
• Provide product demonstrations and advise on suitable products and services.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products and community stories to guide customers.
