Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record in fast-paced customer engagement, prospecting to closing.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in your state/province.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at the location.
• Proactively engage, qualify, and support leads across the customer journey.
• Demonstrate products and services and tailor recommendations to customer needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products, services, and community stories.
• Build and manage a healthy customer pipeline through high-touch service.
• Host retail activations and experiential events to generate demand and connections.
• Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on automotive and EV trends to anticipate customer considerations.
• Share best practices with teammates to foster learning and success.
• Resolve escalations and relay issues to the appropriate teams.
• Provide leadership with business trends and opportunities.
