Job summary

Rivian seeks a Product Advisor IV in Ventura, CA to own the customer journey across in-person and digital channels. You will educate customers, drive brand loyalty, and contribute to a high-performance culture both on-site and in events.

You will manage demonstrations, build relationships, and convert opportunities through thoughtful, high-touch service while upholding Rivian’s values and standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at Rivian locations.
• Qualify and support leads throughout the customer journey.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tailor recommendations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rivian products and community stories.
• Build a healthy, long-term customer pipeline and referrals.
• Support retail activations and events to generate demand.
• Capture customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on EV market trends and Rivian’s competitive landscape.
• Share successful practices with teammates to improve performance.
