World Wide Technology is seeking an experienced IT professional to join the Internal IT team. You will manage and troubleshoot endpoints, deploy software packages, and administer virtual desktops across Windows, macOS, and device platforms.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, problem solving, and collaboration with global teams. The position requires 8+ years in related fields, a BA/BS in IT, and hands-on experience with VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, or Citrix.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT/CS preferred with at least 8 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years in system administration or equivalent role.
• Experience troubleshooting end-user hardware, software, and drivers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience with virtualization and VDI environments (VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix).
• Familiarity with EMM tools and modern OS deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support endpoint configurations across platforms.
• Create and maintain software deployment packages for Windows and macOS.
• Administer and support virtual desktop infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve end-user issues and drive improvements.
• Document systems and processes; assist with patching and updates.
