CHRISTUS Health is seeking an Information Technology Engineer II focused on End User Computing (EUC). The role covers design, implementation, and support of EUC services for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtualized applications.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of end user device experience, pursue IT certifications (Microsoft/Citrix/VMware), and be capable of managing shifting priorities while adhering to healthcare-related policies. On-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
3–5 years experience in end user device support (Desktops, Laptops, Mobile, Virtualization of Application and Desktops).
Certification in Microsoft, Citrix or VMware preferred.
Healthcare experience is a plus.
Able to manage shifting priorities easily.

Responsabilités

Analyze and resolve PC-related issues and coordinate with vendors or other teams when needed.
Ensure compliance with Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.
Use established tools and standards, and understand relationships to other systems/business processes.
Analyze data to ensure schedules and populations are current and accurate.
Develop schedules and plans for endpoint transitions and ensure services/devices are available as scheduled.
Create and maintain standard documentation for EUC processes.
Anticipate changes to processes and adjust accordingly.
Prepare end-user training when applicable.
Participate in on-call rotation (24x7) as required.
