Gerber Collision & Glass in Virginia Beach is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while preparing accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, high school diploma, and willingness to complete I-CAR training. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential to thrive in our fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Align with WOW Operating Way for customer drop-offs and planning.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings if required.
• Stay aligned with KPI goals and company values Honesty, Integrity, Respect.
