Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate vehicle estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will inform customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, with at least 1 year of estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and basic computer skills. I-CAR training is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of estimating or DRP experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional customer experience while creating estimates.
• Coordinate repair needs for customers and communicate with insurers.
• Document damage, repairs, and parts on the appraisal.
• Guide customers through the repair process and update timelines.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Attend training sessions and safety meetings.
