Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document interactions, inform customers and insurance companies, and ensure alignment with KPIs in collaboration with the team.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and DRP compliance experience. I-CAR training and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance program requirements and company metrics.
• Coordinate with team to meet repair planning and delivery goals.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
