Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document damage, determine repairs, and update all stakeholders to uphold our KPIs.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license, with training opportunities including I-CAR. Competitive benefits accompany a long-term career path.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repairs, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members as needed.
• Attend required safety and staff meetings.
• Keep store KPIs by maximizing performance.

Skills
