Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Springfield, VA seeks an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs. You will document conversations, assess damages, and communicate with customers and insurers to align with KPIs.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through the repair process, ensuring DRP and insurance compliance, and collaborating with the management team on daily operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in production walks and support team members as needed.
• Attend training and staff meetings as required.
