Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document interactions, inform customers and insurers, and ensure timely updates throughout the repair process.

The role requires at least a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, and willingness to complete I-CAR training. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
• Attend trainings and workshops recommended by the Store Manager.
• Support team members as needed.
