Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs with insurance companies. You will document damage, specify parts and repairs, and align with the team to meet facility KPIs.

The role requires understanding of OE guidelines, a high school diploma, and at least 1 year of experience, with I-CAR training and a valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and keep records updated with details of repairs and communications
• Provide accurate information to customers and guide them through the repair process for timely service
• Ensure compliance with insurance program requirements, processes and metrics
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team and assist colleagues as needed
