Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Maryland seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies, document vehicle damage, and align with team KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma, DRP experience, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and ensure excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management and staff meetings as required.
• Support team members as needed.
