Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Maryland is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and creating detailed repair estimates. You will coordinate repairs with customers and insurers, document all interactions, and help the team meet KPIs.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. I-CAR training is encouraged, with opportunities to grow within a nationwide collision repair

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication
• Communicate customer requests to relevant team members
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone
• Understand insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings
• Take part in training and information sessions as recommended by the Store Manager
