Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 1 year of experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training (if stated in job duties).

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and update details accurately.
• Guide customers through repair process and timelines with excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and DRP metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Assist with customer requests and parts coordination as needed.
