Job summary

• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide accurate information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and DRP requirements.
• participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Maintain and contribute to store KPIs and performance metrics.
