Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Maryland is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

The role involves documenting repairs, communicating with the team and clients, ensuring compliance with DRP programs, and supporting production walks as part of a high-performing repair facility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and promptly.
• Guide customers through the repair process and communicate with insurance companies.
• Ensure compliance with insurance program requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members and attend required meetings and trainings.
