Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Maryland is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating damage estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

You will assess vehicle damage, document needed repairs, and communicate with team and insurance partners while striving to meet the facility’s KPIs and standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year estimator experience in collision repair.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and DRP processes.
• Communicate requests to team members and follow up.
• Participate in daily production walks and safety meetings.
• Support team members as needed.
