Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while assessing damage and coordinating repairs. You will document communications, inform customers and insurers, and align with the team to meet KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and I-CAR training. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are essential. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• DRP compliance experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements.
• Coordinate repair planning and communication with the team.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members and attend health & safety meetings.
• Attend training sessions and workshops.
