Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for an Estimator to deliver a superior customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers. You will document damage, estimate parts and repairs, and communicate with all stakeholders to meet KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license, with I-CAR training encouraged.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Maintain the store's KPIs and support team members as needed.
