Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repairs with insurance providers. The role involves documenting damage, planning parts replacements, and aligning with team KPIs to drive efficiency.

The candidate should understand OE guidelines, have basic computer skills, and be willing to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's; minimum 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to relevant team members.
• Greet customers and maintain positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support teammates as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
