Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs with customers and insurance providers. The role emphasizes clear communication, timely updates, and teamwork to meet KPIs.

You will assess vehicle damage, document needed repairs, and ensure alignment with all team members to optimize the repair process. Training and development opportunities are available within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a related role.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines is essential.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information, guiding customers through repairs.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Adhere to the WOW Operating Way for customer drop-offs, repair planning and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Contribute positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understanding of insurance programs and procedures is required.
• Participate in daily production walks with management when required.
• Support team members as needed and attend monthly health & safety meetings.
• Attend trainings and information sessions recommended by Store Manager.
• Maintain KPIs by maximizing role performance and align with company values.
