Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. You will accurately assess vehicle damage and document required repairs and parts, aligning with team KPIs.

The role requires high school education, basic computer skills, and willingness to complete I-CAR training, with experience in DRP processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP's. Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
