Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating repair estimates, and coordinating repairs and parts with customers and insurance companies.

The Estimator will ensure alignment with team KPIs, communicate clearly, and maintain documented interactions throughout the repair journey. Training and collaboration with the management team are integral to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• I-CAR Training is preferred.
• Knowledge of DRP processes and insurance requirements is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and insurance processes.
• Support team and participate in daily production walks and safety meetings.
• Attend training and information sessions as recommended by Store Manager.
