Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating required repairs. You will document estimates, communicate with customers and insurance providers, and ensure alignment with team KPIs.

A strong focus on insurance processes and DRP compliance is essential. The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Proficient with basic computer systems.
• Familiarity with DRP processes and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate vehicle damage estimates and parts lists.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurers throughout the process.
• Ensure customer interactions are documented and updated in a timely manner.
• Maintain KPI targets and support team members as needed.
