Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs and parts, and work with the team to meet KPIs. This role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP compliance, plus at least 1 year of experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Compliance for DRP’s
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Greet customers positively in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
