Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. You will document damage, propose parts and repairs, and communicate status throughout the process.

You will work with the team to ensure alignment with KPIs, participate in daily operations, and maintain compliance with DRP processes and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills and ability to look up information.
• Compliance with DRP’s and insurance requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members and attend health & safety meetings as required.
• Attend training and workshops recommended by the Store Manager.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
