Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and coordinating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

As part of the team, you will ensure repairs align with all team members and KPIs, participate in daily production walks, and stay compliant with DRP and WOW operating standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Minimum 1-year experience with DRP's

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update details
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes
• Align with WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with Management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend monthly Health & Safety meetings and training sessions
