Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document communications, guide customers through the process, and ensure adherence to DRP requirements.

Responsibilities include daily production walks with the management team, cross-team collaboration, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, I-CAR training/driver’s license preferred.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines is important.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and ensure excellent service.
• Coordinate with insurance clients and comply with DRP requirements.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members and attend trainings as required.
