Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repair needs, communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The Estimator assesses vehicle damage, documents repairs and parts, and works with the team to meet KPIs, ensuring smooth progression from intake to repair completion.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills and DRP compliance.
• Minimum 1-year experience; willingness to complete I-CAR Training; valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information to customers and insurance companies.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Participate in production walks and support team members.
• Attend training and staff meetings as required.

Skills
