Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating estimates, and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies, and work with the team to meet KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP processes, with a willingness to pursue I-CAR training as needed. A valid driver’s license is required and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with repair documentation.
• Willingness to complete DRP processes and possibly I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately and promptly.
• Provide accurate information to guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and repair planning.
