Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and strong communication with customers and insurers.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding customers through the repair process, and participating in daily production walks with the management team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's; minimum 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate with team members.
• Attend daily production walks with the Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety meetings.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
