Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with insurance providers. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to DRP requirements, and alignment with facility KPIs.

You will participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and production walks to support the repair process and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle from intake to completion.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's minimum 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW standards.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed and attend trainings.
