Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repairs with insurance providers. The role emphasizes clear communication, teamwork, and adherence to DRP and insurance requirements.

The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, document needed repairs, and help ensure KPIs are met by coordinating with the team and customers throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with DRP processes or repair coordination.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with repair documentation.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide timely information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and DRP processes.
• Coordinate with team during production walks and repair planning.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Support team during daily operations and meetings.
