Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an experienced Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating detailed estimates, and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance providers, ensuring alignment with team KPIs and WOW standards.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, plus attention to insurance processes, with daily collaboration across the repair team to drive outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings when required.
• Attend training and information sessions recommended by Store Manager.
