Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document all communications, prepare estimates, and align with insurance requirements and team KPIs.

You will be part of a collaborative team, participating in daily production walks and ongoing training to support service excellence. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and a strong customer-focus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely repair process information to customers.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and company processes.
• Communicate requirements and progress to team members.
• Greet customers positively in person and over the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
