Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, coordinating repairs and communicating with customers and insurance companies.

You will work with the team to meet KPIs while maintaining high service standards and safety. Training and development opportunities are available, with a strong focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• DRP experience preferred; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
