Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process. You will assess vehicle damage, document repairs and parts, and align with the team to meet KPIs and ensure a smooth repair journey for every client.

Qualificações

• Basic computer skills required to access DRP systems and customer data.
• Proven ability to provide accurate information and high level of customer service.
• Knowledge of DRP processes and handling insurance communications.

Responsabilidades

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate guidance through repair process and ensure excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer needs to relevant team members.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support team members and participate in health & safety sessions.
