Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers. You will document interactions, guide customers through the repair process, and ensure alignment with the team to meet facility KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines required.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with repair management systems.
• Ability to locate information quickly and follow procedures.
• Compliance with DRP procedures and guidelines.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an estimator role or similar.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction and provide accurate information.
• Guide customers through the repair process and coordinate with insurance companies.
• Ensure adherence to WOW operating procedures for drop-offs, planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members and participate in production walks.
• Participate in health & safety meetings and training as required.
