Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with insurance providers throughout the repair process.

You will work with a team to meet KPIs, participate in production walks, and support daily operations while upholding company values of honesty, integrity, and respect.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a collision repair environment.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and company processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain KPI targets by supporting the team and participating in meetings.

Skills

Knowledge of repairs & OE guidelines

Minimum 1 year experience
