Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. The role emphasizes clear communication, KPI-driven outcomes, and collaboration with the management team.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, familiarity with repair OE guidelines, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Maintain positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in production walks with the Management Team and assist as needed.
• Support team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings when required.
• Attend training and information sessions recommended by Store Manager.
