Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating repair estimates, and coordinating repair needs. This role involves informing customers and insurers, documenting all interactions, and aligning with team KPIs to ensure efficient repair progress.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of OE guidelines, at least 1 year of experience, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP's
• Minimum of 1-year experience

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication
• Communicate customer requests to team members
• Greeting customers with positive energy in person and on the phone
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with Management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required
• Attend training sessions recommended by Store Manager
