Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies, ensuring alignment with team KPIs.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 1 year DRP experience, strong problem-solving, and basic computer skills, plus a valid driver's license. Training opportunities and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Greet customers in person and on the phone with positive energy.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and trainings as required.
